Authorities have investigated following reports of a cruise ship passenger going overboard. The incident occurred aboard the MSC Euribia, which set sail from Southampton on March 15.

The missing individual vanished from the MSC Euribia during its northern European voyage, with planned stops in Hamburg, Rotterdam, Bruges, and Le Havre. Upon the vessel's return to Southampton, Hampshire Constabulary confirmed that officers boarded the ship to investigate the incident.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary stated, "Officers boarded the vessel on Friday, March 22, following a report that a man had gone overboard. The man's family are aware, and police are investigating this on behalf of the coroner."

This unfortunate incident underscores the importance of safety measures and vigilance aboard cruise ships. Authorities are working diligently to uncover the circumstances surrounding the passenger's disappearance, and our thoughts are with the individual's family during this difficult time.
