Features of the Week: Ports Lists & Port Page

The Ports List, as seen on the ShipXplorer website

One of the many features we offer here at ShipXplorer.com is our Ports List and the Port Page! This list offers an extensive A-Z of all the countries in the world that have shipping ports, as well as how many there are in each country.

How Does The Ports List Work?

For example, 230 ports are registered in Australia under the ShipXplorer.com coverage list.

As you can see from the image above, you can click on each country. Within that, a scrolling functionality on the list enables you to see every port in a respective country.

Transitioning into the Port Page!

Continuing to use Australia as an example, if you click on Applecross, the site redirects you to the Port Page for Applecross, including whether any ships are operating in or out of that particular port.

As a more lively example, you can see that when you click on Liverpool in the United Kingdom, it populates with ships that have either departed Liverpool or are inbound to that particular port.

The Port Page also tells you how many ships are there, which may not have their transponder on either.

Why not give it a try? Be sure to click here to look at the Ports List, which will take you to your chosen Port Page!
