Four people were rescued Tuesday morning after a pleasure boat capsized in the Detroit River near the Gordie Howe International Bridge, prompting a multi-agency emergency response.

According to the United States Coast Guard Great Lakes District, a call was received on marine radio channel 16 at approximately 11 a.m. from a good Samaritan reporting the capsized vessel.
